RETURN POLICY

-We do not accept returns. One-time size exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date you received your order.

EXCHANGE POLICY

-We only accept size exchanges. Exchanges can be made for up to 30 days from the date you received your order.

-All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed). Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice included in the original packaging.

-Please include your order number. You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct size.

-You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.

-After mailing the item back, kindly email a copy of the receipt and the tracking number to support@naturvibe.com

-As soon as we receive the return, we will get in touch with you.

-Our mailing address will be inside the package you received. 

 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
